eSIM Won't Activate
- Ensure you have a stable WiFi connection
- Check that your device is eSIM compatible
- Verify the QR code hasn't already been used
- Contact your provider's support team
No Data Connection
- Toggle Airplane Mode on and off
- Ensure Data Roaming is enabled
- Check that the eSIM is set as primary for data
- Restart your device
eSIM Disappeared
If your eSIM plan disappeared after a software update:
- Go to Settings > Cellular and check if it's disabled
- Contact your provider for a new QR code
- Some plans can only be installed once
